Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, My Sacred Bridge asks that it be done at least 24 hours in advance. “Same Day Cancellation” means any client who cancels or reschedules an appointment less than 24 hours in advance. The policy for “Same Day Cancellation” is a forfeiture of 50% of your fee. We understand that life happens sometimes, so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment within the 24 hour window, and you reach out directly to Aisha Subia at aisha@mysacredbridge.com to explain the reason for your cancellation, she will review your request and may give a discount code for your rescheduled appointment. She will review this policy on a case by case basis.

A “No-Show” is someone who fails to arrive at a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling. “Late Arrival” means any client who arrives more than 10 minutes after the expected arrival time for their scheduled appointment. “No-Shows” and “Late Arrivals” will be charged 100% of the session amount. Aisha will always wait at the designated in-person venue or online on Zoom for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time of your appointment.
