Magic has changed my life, and after 20 years in corporate HR I know firsthand that every woman in business deserves to build real wealth in a way that is entirely her own. I started this publication because I love to teach magic, and there is so much to teach.
Here you will find written teachings for the business woman who seeks to balance success with soul and build meaningful work. We’ll explore magic, ritual, intuition, and science, with guided visualizations and digital resources coming soon.
Where My Beliefs Started
I spent over twenty years in HR and talent strategy. I led high-performing teams, hiring over 500 people per year at one company, and performing all HR functions for over 1,000 employees with a three-person team, and I built departments from the ground up, working in government, healthcare, food and beverage, and hospitality (restaurants and hotels). I have seen nearly every industry from the inside, and I was very good at what I did.
What I was not prepared for was the burnout. Even though everything looked like a very successful career from the outside, I was not okay and had no idea why.
That confusion changed everything.
What I Learned That My Career Never Taught Me
I had been on my spiritual journey for just as long as I had been working–about twenty years of learning magic, the elements, and the energies that move through all living things. But for most of that time, I kept those two worlds very separate, terrified that I would be labeled “odd” or “weird.”
The burnout collapsed that separation. And what came through on the other side was clarity that I could not have manufactured with any amount of strategy or hustle.
I began to understand that the way most women are taught to build a career or a business leaves something essential out. And that is the energetic relationship with the Earth, the elements, the plants and animals, and the Universe at large. The system doesn’t have room to talk about the relationship with the unseen energies that run beneath everything we do. But without this relationship, even the most successful career can feel hollow and unfulfilling.
What I Now Believe
I believe every woman should introduce magic and ritual into her work, her business, and her life.
Once you develop a real relationship with the elements, with the Universe, and begin to understand the energies that flow through all of it and their spiritual meanings across cultures and time, once you start listening to the animals and the messages they bring, your life opens up. Ancient cultures have understood this throughout history. The knowledge lives in all of us. We have simply been taught to stop listening.
Once you align yourself with that energy and that frequency, new avenues of energetic flow open up, and you begin to see results.
The challenges do not necessarily go away, and you have to do your part by taking action and making moves toward your dreams and desires. What changes is your relationship to those challenges. Especially when you are in the middle of a deep identity shift, the results can feel small at first, where you think, Is that really what I am seeing? Magic and ritual are the anchors for that.
They serve as a physical anchor to return to when the path feels uncertain. Life is an adventure, and most of us have been told to enjoy the journey without ever being given the tools to do that: magic, ritual, and learning to listen to your own subconscious through visualization. Your intuition already knows. These practices help you hear it clearly enough to act on it.
We should not feel guilty for wanting more. Wealth is not a dirty word. Wanting a full life–in love, in money, in freedom–is not something to apologize for.
If you respect the Earth and everything around you, they respect you right back.

Inside, I write about elemental magic, kitchen magic, shadow work, Spirit Guides, tarot, and what it looks like to build a business and a life with ancient practice and wisdom at the center. This is a grimoire for women who are ready to work with the unseen and build something meaningful.
